Job summary

HarborChase of Naperville seeks an Executive Director to lead the community across Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and Skilled Nursing where applicable. You will oversee budgeting, operations, resident care quality, and regulatory compliance, modeling Harbor Retirement Associates, LLC CORE values through servant leadership.

Responsibilities include maintaining occupancy, coordinating with department heads, and guiding staff through performance management and training to uphold

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; experience in senior living administration preferred.
• ECC/CORE/CRCF certification as required.
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory/management experience in a healthcare or senior living setting.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents, families, and staff.
• Strong budgeting, cost control, and financial analysis skills.
• Proficient in MS Office; accurate typing and data entry.
• Knowledge of federal/state regulations governing senior living communities.

Responsibilities

• Lead community operations in Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Care, and SNF as applicable.
• Develop and manage operating budget within guidelines; monitor P&L and take corrective actions.
• Maintain high occupancy and service quality; oversee admissions decisions.
• Recruit, supervise, and evaluate community associates; ensure training and compliance.
• Foster strong resident and family relations; liaise with regulatory agencies as needed.
• Ensure safety and confidentiality of resident information and facility safeguards.
• Represent the residence to families, visitors, and referral sources.
