Qualifications

• 4+ years in a supervisory role in a high-volume dining venue.
• Strong leadership and team-building abilities.
• ServSafe Certification held and maintained.

Responsibilities

• Design delectable menu items pleasing to the palate.
• Create specialty items to differentiate dining venues.
• Inspire, train and coach the culinary team, promoting a positive team approach each day!
• To preserve your masterpiece creations, keep a close eye on all food preparation including storage, and handling to ensure we are providing the freshest meals with all safety protocols in place (HACCP).
