Job summary

Ashby Ponds by Erickson Senior Living seeks an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to manage Security and EMS calls from a central location. You will dispatch emergency and routine services while delivering personalized customer service to residents and visitors, making safety a top priority.

Responsibilities include monitoring alarms, coordinating with ambulances or 911, and maintaining composure under pressure.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure and situational awareness during emergencies.
• Effective communication with residents, visitors, and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Track all pertinent information during your shift and initiate incident reporting.
• Monitor the Emergency Call System for independent living.
• Track the status of residents involved in emergencies.
• Monitor Fire Alarm System and dispatch as needed.
