Job summary

The Grandview by Erickson Senior Living seeks an experienced Emergency Dispatcher to manage Security & EMS systems from a central location. You will dispatch emergency and routine calls, while delivering personalized customer service to residents and visitors in a safety‑first environment.

Ideal candidates have 911 dispatch or EMS experience, remain calm under pressure, and communicate clearly with residents and staff.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in 911 call-taking/dispatching or Emergency Medical Services preferred.
• Ability to maintain composure and situational awareness during emergencies.
• Effective communication with residents, visitors and staff at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Track pertinent information during shifts and initiate incident reports.
• Monitor Emergency Call System for independent living residents.
• Track status of residents involved in emergencies.
• Dispatch ambulance or 911 as needed.
