Job summary

Ivy Park at Livermore, a premier senior living community managed by Oakmont Management Group, is seeking a Driver. Must have a Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to transport residents on outings.

A $500 sign-on bonus is offered after 90 days of employment, with a Sunday-Thursday 9:00a–5:00p shift at our Livermore location. Responsibilities include safe operation of community vehicles, assisting residents, and supporting activities while maintaining safety and comfort.

Qualifications

• Aged 21+ with a valid license.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive bus.
• Prefer 2 years driving vehicles transporting people.
• Strong communication with residents, families and staff.
• Must pass background check and health screening, TB tests.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate community vehicles for outings and events.
• Assist in loading/unloading residents and belongings.
• Adhere to all laws and vehicle inspection standards.
• Ensure passenger safety and punctual transportation.
• Support activity staff during outings and within the community.
• Maintain safe environment for staff and residents.
