Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Driver Class C with Passenger Endorsements to support Ivy Park at San Ramon. The role involves safely operating community vehicles, assisting residents during outings, and ensuring safety for staff and guests.

Candidates should have a Class B or C license with Passenger Endorsement and prior driving experience with people. The position is based at Ivy Park at San Ramon, CA, with pay range listed and benefits described by the employer.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Class B or Class C license with Passenger Endorsement to drive the bus.
• Prefer two years of experience driving a vehicle/van/bus transporting people.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
• Vaccination / PPE requirements may apply per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Operate community vehicles safely on outings, excursions, special activities, and resident appointments.
• Assist with the safe loading of residents and their belongings onto/off community vehicles.
• Follow all state and federal laws when operating community vehicles.
• Comply with standards for vehicle inspection and safe driving; be punctual and safe while transporting residents.
• Act as a member of the activity staff when on outings and within the community.
• Maintain a safe environment for all staff, residents, and guests.
