Job summary

Thomas Cuisine is hiring a part-time Dishwasher in Ashland, Oregon. You will help maintain a clean, safe dining area for residents and support daily food service operations in a senior living setting.

Responsibilities include operating the dish machine, setting up the sink, and assisting kitchen staff while following sanitation and safety guidelines. Flexible schedule with weekend and holiday availability preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older (state-specific)
• Reliable, hardworking with a focus on cleanliness and safety
• Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen environment

Responsibilities

• Monitor and empty box bins and trash as needed
• Set up and clean the 3-compartment sink per sanitation standards
• Operate and maintain the dish machine, check water levels and temperatures
• Wash and air-dry soiled items and equipment properly
• Sort and transport clean items to storage areas
• Sanitize surfaces and equipment in dish area and kitchen
• Maintain cleanliness in dish room and surrounding areas
• Follow hygiene and safety guidelines consistently
• Support kitchen staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
