Thomas Cuisine in Ashland, OR is hiring a part-time Dishwasher to help maintain a clean, safe dining area for residents. You will support daily kitchen operations and ensure strict hygiene standards are followed to protect our community.

Schedule: Wednesday–Saturday, 4:30 PM–9:30 PM and Sunday 10 AM–3 PM, with weekly changes as needed. Experience is helpful but not required; ServSafe and state food handler certifications are preferred and health screenings may be required.

• Commitment to cleanliness and safety.
• ServSafe Certification and State Food Handlers Card, state-specific.
• Ability to read, speak, write and comprehend English.
• Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed.
• Successful background check and drug screen, state specific.
• Health screening and TB tests, state specific.
• Alcohol awareness certification, state specific.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and empty box bins and trash as needed
• Set up and clean the 3-compartment sink per sanitation standards
• Operate and maintain the dish machine, checking water levels and recording temperatures
• Wash and air-dry soiled items and equipment properly
• Sort, stack, and transport clean items to storage areas
• Sanitize tray line, belt, stainless steel surfaces, and garbage can lids
• Clean and re-rack floor mats; run filters through dish machine
• Shut down, drain, and rinse dish machine thoroughly
• Follow hygiene protocols when handling clean equipment
• Maintain cleanliness in dish room and kitchen areas
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines consistently
• Support kitchen staff as needed
• Perform other duties as assigned
