Responsibilities
  1. Implement, deliver, and coordinate resident care services at the community.
  2. Assist with the ongoing operations of the nursing department.
  3. Translate the assisted living philosophy into nursing practice through planning, implementation, and evaluation of the nursing care delivery system.
  4. Develop, maintain, and monitor individualized service plans for each resident in accordance with state regulations.
  5. Ensure compliance with all state regulations.
  6. Lead, guide, and direct all nursing department staff.
  7. Implement training programs and in-services for staff in accordance with regulations.
  8. Manage the nursing department within budgetary guidelines.
Qualifications
  1. Graduate of an accredited nursing school with current LPN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
  2. Minimum of two years' experience working with elders or disabled individuals, with demonstrated supervisory and management skills.
  3. Proficiency in reading, writing, and understanding English.
