Qualifications for Wellness Director (LPN/RN)

• Current nursing license in good standing
• Experience in a Senior Living/Assisted Living/Long-term/Skilled Care facility in a supervisory capacity is required
• Responsible for all areas of the Resident Care Department (compliance, planning, assessments, directing, budget, staffing, hands-on care, etc.) in accordance with current state and company regulations, policies, and procedures
• Ensure that the care needs of all Residents are met and maintained according to physician orders, state regulations, and company standards
• Provide ongoing leadership to team members and ensure staffing levels and shift schedules operate at the highest levels
