Brookdale Oakwood is hiring a Health and Wellness Coordinator / ADON, a senior living community with assisted living and memory care. Make lives better, including your own!

Qualifications

• RN or LPN required
• Flexible schedule required

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day healthcare operations to meet residents' healthcare needs.
• Ensure residents are treated with respect and dignity, providing quality care as needs change.
• Maintain consistent quality of resident care across all shifts; may assume roles of Caregiver or Med Tech/Aide as needed.
• Supervise licensed nursing staff, medication technicians/CMA's, and Caregivers; provide ongoing training and manage schedules.
• Oversee medication training, pharmacy management, and conduct periodic audits and inventory checks.
• Share on-call duties as required.
• Education required to obtain state nursing license (LPN/LVN or RN); minimum 1-2 years relevant experience.

Salary Range

$28.00 - $35.66 per hour
