Job summary

Suite Living Senior Care Inc in Minnesota is seeking a Housing Director to lead community operations, support staff development, and nurture resident and family relationships. This role includes a structured professional-development pathway toward Minnesota ALDIR licensure and LALD certification, with a residency period of up to 12 months and ongoing eligibility requirements.

Initial compensation is $70,000 per year plus a quarterly occupancy-based bonus.

Qualifications

• Meets Minnesota ALDIR eligibility and a Residency Permit.
• Experience in senior living, housing operations, or healthcare preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, problem-solving, and relationship management.
• Willingness to complete Minnesota LALD licensure within 12 months.
• Ability to lead a team and drive occupancy targets.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations in compliance with Suite Living policies and Minnesota requirements.
• Maintain regulatory readiness and coordinate surveys, inspections, and quality-improvement activities.
• Monitor budgets and resources, and support occupancy and community performance.
• Provide leadership, onboarding, training, and performance feedback to staff.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and referral partners.
