Job summary

Lake Region Healthcare invites applications for the Mill Street Residence Director, an assisted living leader responsible for directing day-to-day facility operations to deliver high-quality care. You will ensure regulatory compliance, manage staffing, and uphold our mission in a family-like environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of assisted living regulations, supervisory experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with knowledge of regulations associated with assisted living and long-term care facilities.
• Supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care or assisted living facility is helpful.
• Strong communication, problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day function of the facility in accordance with standards governing assisted living facilities.
• Communicate effectively with tenants, families, customers, and team members while remaining calm, professional, and customer-focused.
• Maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance by safeguarding sensitive information and using systems appropriately.
• Promote teamwork through collaboration, recognition, constructive feedback, and support of organizational goals.
• Demonstrate respect for diversity and create positive, welcoming experiences for all customers and tenants.
• Adhere to organizational policies, including a hostility-free environment and the organization's mission and values.
• Communicate with staff and support operational planning, budgeting, and staffing needs.
• Develop employees through coaching, mentoring, performance feedback, and professional development.
