Job summary

Sagora Senior Living, Inc. is seeking a Utility to support the Dining Room Manager and Culinary Director at Wilshire Senior Living in Burleson, TX.

You will assist with dining room and kitchen clean-up, set up tables, serve meals, and help maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and guests. Requirements include six months of commercial kitchen experience (preferred), a state food handler’s permit, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• Six months+ experience in a commercial kitchen preferred.
• Must have food handler’s permit as required by state/local authority.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Collect dishes and kitchen utensils from tables during mealtimes.
• Wash dishes and utensils and maintain high cleanliness standards.
• Monitor dishwasher temperature and report any issues to the Culinary Director.
• Sort and store dishes and utensils for next mealtime.
• Set up tables and beverage stations; refill salt, pepper, and sugar.
• Serve meals promptly and courteously; deliver to residents’ rooms as needed.
• Dispose of trash properly; deep-clean kitchen monthly; sweep and mop floors.
