Job summary

Kalispell Assisted Living & Memory Care seeks a Dining Services Manager to lead the dietary team for 64 residents. You will plan meals, prepare and serve high-quality, safe and nutritious foods aligned with physician orders and approved menus.

Lead staff with compassion and operational excellence, manage budgets, and coordinate with other departments to support resident well-being and satisfaction. This is a full-time on-site role with benefits.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an assisted living dietary department required.
• Knowledge of PCC (PointClickCare) software preferred.
• Graduate of an approved dietary manager’s course.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of dietary staff and schedule shifts.
• Plan and assist in meal preparation and service meeting dietary needs.
• Maintain budget and control costs while ensuring safety and sanitation.
• Coordinate with nursing and other departments for resident well-being.
• Participate in ongoing training and staff development.
