Responsibilities

• Oversees daily operations of the dining services department including budget, menu, food preparation, labor management, food safety and sanitation, and leadership of dining services team.
• Modifies menus to meet regulations, allergies, dietary needs, and resident preferences while ensuring nutritional specs meet guidelines.
• Recruits, onboarding, training, coaching, and performance management of dining services staff.
