Job summary

Kalispell Assisted Living and Memory Care is seeking a qualified Resident Care Coordinator to support residents and the clinical team. The role includes coordinating care plans, evaluating residents, overseeing health services staff, and arranging training and onboarding.

A healthcare background with experience as a Personal Care Attendant or Medication Aide is preferred. The position offers full-time benefits and a wage of $25.00-28.00 per hour, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year's experience as a Personal Care Attendant or 6 months as a Medication Aide.

Responsibilities

• Partners with health services leadership in developing and updating Cooperative Service Plans.
• Performs resident evaluations as assigned by health services leadership.
• Provides direction and oversight to health services team members and assists in education and development.
• Coordinates interviewing, hiring, onboarding and training of health services staff.
• Maintains health services schedule to meet resident care needs and state requirements.
• Maintains medication carts and supplies; submits orders as prescribed.
• Coordinates changes in resident condition and communicates with appropriate individuals.
• Coordinates transportation and appointments for offsite health services.
• Acts as Medication Aide/Personal Care Attendant as needed to stay informed.
• Liaises between health services team and community leadership; communicates concerns.
