Cogir Senior Living in North Carolina is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to senior residents. You will greet residents, take orders, and ensure meals meet dietary needs while maintaining a welcoming environment. Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred but not required.
• Food Handler Card with kitchen sanitation knowledge and food codes is a plus.
• 6-12 months in serving/hospitality/customer service is a plus.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality is desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests and create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portions and requests.
• Clear tables and reset for the next meal service, maintaining cleanliness.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
