Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Server for its community restaurant to provide friendly, professional dining service to residents. You will ensure dietary needs are respected and create a warm, inclusive dining atmosphere. The role offers flexible schedules and opportunities for growth within a supportive team.

You will engage with residents, coordinate with kitchen staff, and help maintain high standards of service and cleanliness in a fast-paced setting.

Qualifications

• At least 6–12 months of serving/hospitality/customer service experience.
• Desirable prior work in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor; able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly and create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences; manage portion sizes and special requests.
• Serve with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set tables before meals and clear/ reset tables after meals.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
