Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living – Lakeshore in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Server for part-time hours to support daily dining room operations and provide friendly, efficient service to residents.

You will assist with meal service, table setup, and dishwashing while helping maintain a welcoming dining environment. A 1-year server background is required, with preferred experience with older adults.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (Required).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of server experience (Required).
• Experience working with older adults (Preferred).
• Kitchen and dining room–related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily dining room operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space.
• Assist with meal service, table setup, and dishwashing duties.
• Help meet or exceed residents’ dining expectations with friendly and efficient service.
• Take a lead role during shifts or assist with training new team members.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
