Responsibilities

• Set up dining areas and serving stations prior to each meal.
• Serve meals to residents per menu guidelines and dietary requirements.
• Ensure meals are delivered accurately, efficiently, and with a high level of service.
• Reset tables, refill water, and maintain an inviting dining environment.
• Deliver meal trays to resident apartments as needed.
• Provide warm, respectful service to residents, families, and guests.
• Anticipate resident needs and respond promptly to requests.
• Support a calm, hospitality-driven dining atmosphere.
• Complete side work, opening tasks, and closing duties consistently.
• Assist with dish area cleanup and dining room upkeep.
• Maintain cleanliness of dining areas and service stations.
• Follow food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
• Uphold residents’ rights, dignity, and confidentiality.
• Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and care teams.
• Participate in training and support continuous improvement.
