Job summary

Tapestry Senior Living – Lakeshore in Tallahassee, FL is seeking a Server/Waiter/Waitress for a part-time role. You will support daily dining room operations, assist with meal service, and help ensure resident dining satisfaction in a warm, welcoming environment.

Requirements include a High School Diploma or GED, minimum 18 years old, and at least 1 year of server experience. Shift options include 7:00am-3:00pm or 11:00am-7:00pm with rotating weekends.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of server experience (Required).
• Experience working with older adults (Preferred).
• Kitchen and dining room–related experience (Preferred).

Responsibilities

• Support daily dining room operations to maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming space.

• Help meet or exceed residents’ dining expectations with friendly and efficient service.
• Take a lead role during shifts or assist with training new team members.
• Build positive relationships with residents, families, and staff.
