Job summary

Covenant Living Communities and Services is seeking a reliable Dining Services Server to provide prompt, courteous service in the dining room for residents and guests. You will assist with serving, bussing, light prep, and setting up for meetings and events, while maintaining strict sanitation and safety standards.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and a patient, compassionate approach to senior residents, with flexible hours including meal times.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively (verbal and written, English) with residents and staff.
• Follows safety practices and sanitation guidelines.
• Experience in food service and customer interaction preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in serving, bussing, and dining room service to residents and guests.
• Prepare salads, desserts, and light prep for events and meetings.
• Set up for meetings and service areas as needed.
• Follow sanitation standards and maintain cleanliness of prep areas.
• Open and close dining rooms and assist with event staffing.
