Job summary

Oakmont Management Group is seeking a Server for our senior living dining area. You will serve residents, families, and visitors with courtesy, take and enter orders into the POS, and maintain table setups in a respectful, safe environment.

Responsibilities emphasize correct etiquette, teamwork, and compliance with health and safety guidelines to ensure a high-quality dining experience for residents and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; training will be provided.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Possess written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests (TB, etc.).
• Vaccination/ PPE may be required per regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, courteous manner.
• Accurately take residents’ and guests’ food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Adhere to proper serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment following safety standards.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
