Oakmont Management Group, at Sea Bluffs in California, seeks a Server for full-time and part-time shifts (6:00AM–2:00PM and 4:00PM–9:00PM). The role supports dining services for residents and guests, delivering friendly, courteous service in a senior living community.

Qualifications include HS diploma or equivalent, 16+ with work permit, and strong communication skills. Training is provided; background checks and health screenings are required.

Qualifications

• Experience is preferred but not necessary; we will train the right candidate.
• Must be at least 16 years of age with a work permit.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong desire to work with the elderly and care for their needs.
• Written and verbal skills to interact with employees, supervisors, physicians, residents, and families.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests, including physical and TB Tests.
• Vaccination and PPE requirements may be required to protect residents.

Responsibilities

• Serve residents, family members, and visitors in a professional, dignified, courteous manner.
• Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS.
• Set up and break down tables.
• Adhere to serving techniques and etiquette.
• Maintain a safe and secure environment for staff, residents, and guests.
• Encourage teamwork across departments.
