Job summary

Cogir Senior Living is seeking a Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents in a community restaurant. You will greet guests, take orders, serve meals, and ensure dietary needs are respected with care and accuracy.

You will work in a supportive team, with flexible shifts, training, and growth opportunities, while upholding food safety standards and Cogir's standards of service to create a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma is preferred, but not required.
• A Food Handler Card is a plus and helps with safety standards.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly to create a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and portion sizes.
• Serve with a friendly, patient demeanor and clear communication.
• Prepare the dining area before service and reset tables afterward.
• Adhere to food safety and Cogir standards throughout service.
