You will provide friendly, professional service during meals and events, ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met while building meaningful resident relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or equivalent.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• 6–12 months serving/hospitality experience preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Friendly, patient, and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary needs and preferences.
• Serve meals with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set dining tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before meals.
• Clear and reset tables after meals.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
