Cogir Senior Living in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Server for our community restaurant to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents. You will provide friendly, professional service during meals and events, while ensuring dietary needs and preferences are met.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months experience in serving or hospitality preferred.
• Experience in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality desirable.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences.
• Serve meals with a smile and maintain a welcoming dining environment.
• Set tables with linens, utensils and glassware before service.
• Clear and reset tables after meals.
• Communicate resident feedback to Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines.
• Ensure compliance with health regulations and Cogir standards.
