Job summary

Monarch Communities is seeking Dining Servers to provide excellent customer service in the dining rooms for Residents and guests. You will take meal orders, serve meals, and assist with dining services, with both full-time and part-time schedules available.

The position offers a starting wage of $16.00 per hour. Responsibilities include setting up dining areas, attending to dietary restrictions, proper food handling, and supporting residents with special requests during meals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED accepted.
• At least 1 year experience in fine dining hospitality or senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take residents’ dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition.
• Learn residents’ names, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Set up dining room and have items ready for service.
• Assist with cleaning, sanitizing, and safe food handling.
• Assist with beverage and snack preparation.
• Support residents with special dining requests.
• Ensure residents are accounted for during meals and document attendance.
• Assist with special events and trainings.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and community policies.
