Monarch Communities® in the United States seeks a Dining Server to provide friendly, attentive service to Residents and guests, take meal orders, serve meals, and support daily dining operations in a senior living community.

This full-time or part-time role emphasizes safety, personalized service, teamwork, and accuracy in order taking, with opportunities to contribute to special events and ensure a welcoming dining environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred or GED accepted.
• Minimum of one year experience in fine dining or full-service senior living.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience working with seniors.

Responsibilities

• Take dining orders in a friendly and attentive disposition.
• Learn residents' names, special requests, and dietary restrictions.
• Ensure dining room is set up with utensils, napkins, menus, and condiments.
• Assist with cleaning and sanitizing dining areas and stations.
• Ensure safe food handling.
• Assist with preparation of beverages, snacks, desserts, salads, and condiments.
• Assist residents with special dining requests.
• Ensure residents are accounted for during meals and document attendance.
• Assist with special events.
• Participate in in-service trainings as scheduled.
• Ensure compliance with Federal, State, and local regulations and community policies.
