Qualifications

• Candidates must be able to follow written and oral instructions.
• Knowledge of dietary procedures and health department guidelines for food service.
• Must be able to serve food and beverages promptly and efficiently.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Takes food and beverage orders from residents and serves meals in a timely, presentable manner.
• Sets up and delivers meal trays and food carts to the dining room as instructed.
• Assists residents with meal selections and special needs requests.
• Prepares the dining room for subsequent meals and ensures a clean, welcoming environment.
• Assists in inventorying supplies.
