Job summary

Belmont Village Green Hills is seeking a Dining Room Server to join our community. The role offers a reliable daytime schedule (5:30 a.m.–2:00 p.m.) with weekends as needed, focusing on consistent resident interactions and a warm, personalized dining experience.

This position is not tip-eligible, but provides a stable environment, opportunities to serve the same residents daily, and a supportive team in an on-site, luxury senior living community.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years of age.
• Must be able to communicate clearly in verbal and written English.
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Experience in hospitality or restaurant service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive and personalized dining service to a group of assigned tables in our on-site restaurant, ensuring a positive dining experience
• Take accurate orders, offer menu recommendations, and deliver food and beverages in a timely and professional manner
• Ensure orders are served at the correct temperature, with proper presentation and accuracy
• Prepare and set up the dining room for service, ensuring flatware, condiments and beverages are always ready
• Assist with meal service at special events and celebrations held within the Belmont Village community
• Maintain cleanliness of Dining Room and assigned tables ensuring guest needs are met throughout each meal
