The Clarendale of Mokena is seeking a hospitality-focused Dining Room Manager to lead our dining room operations within the Culinary Services Department. You will supervise serving staff and ensure top-quality service, cleanliness, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, training, maintaining sanitation standards, and ensuring adherence to food quality and presentation guidelines. This is a full-time on-site role at 21536 South Wolf Rd, Mokena, IL.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 3 years restaurant or senior living experience.
• Experience in staff management and training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room operation, staffing, and appearance to ensure a positive guest experience.
• Provide leadership, scheduling, training, and supervision of serving staff.
