The Clarendale of Addison is recruiting a hospitality-focused Dining Room Manager to join our team. This role provides full-scope, hands-on dining room management in the Culinary Services Department, ensuring superior service and cleanliness at all times.

Full time starting salary of $48,000. The position involves managing dining room staff, scheduling, training, and maintaining high standards of service and presentation for a senior living community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or the equivalent education, training and experience.
• Minimum of 3 years restaurant or senior living experience, or equivalent serving and staff management experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee dining room operations, staff performance and guest experience.
• Provide leadership, development and training, counseling, scheduling and oversight of all serving staff.
• Maintain cleanliness, sanitation and organization in line with community standards.
• Adhere to food quality and presentation standards at all times.
• Ensure appropriately staffed, operational and stocked dining room.
• Set tables, take orders, serve guests and handle inquiries about menu items.
• Assist with dishwashing and clearing tables as needed.
