Job summary

Freedom Village Bradenton is seeking a Dining Room Supervisor to lead a team of 8–10 servers during meal service, ensuring warm, resident-centered dining experiences. The Evening Shift runs 11:30am–8:00pm, and you’ll collaborate with the Dining Room Manager to deliver smooth service and memorable meals.

Requirements include a high school diploma and at least 1 year of supervisory or lead server experience in a fine restaurant, country club, hotel, or retirement community.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of supervisory or lead server experience in a fine dining setting.
• Strong communication skills and a people-person attitude.
• State health/alcohol compliance card required and clear background.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of 8–10 servers during meal service.
• Coordinate reservations, private parties, and events with Dining Room Manager.
• Assist with menus, desserts, and light food prep in service.
• Greet and seat residents and guests warmly and efficiently.
• Use touchscreen POS for meal counts, reservations, and charges.
• Ensure side work is completed before clock-out.
