Job summary

Atria Senior Living is seeking a Dining Service Supervisor to oversee meals across all community dining venues and lead wait staff. You will hire, train, and develop team members while ensuring top-tier service for residents.

Responsibilities include coordinating with culinary leaders, reviewing daily menus, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining environment. Strong organizational skills and a customer-first approach are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required with two years of front-of-house supervision experience.
• College or culinary institute degree preferred.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Basic computer skills with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Provide high levels of customer service and create a restaurant-style dining atmosphere.
• Lead and supervise dining staff across all venues; ensure service standards.
• Assist with meal program development and room service delivery.
• Orient new residents to menus, dining hours, and dress code; resolve issues promptly.
