Friendship Village Retirement Community is seeking a Skilled Care Dining Supervisor who understands dining is about more than the food—it's about creating an experience and building relationships for residents in every stage of life. You will assist the Certified Dietary Manager to lead the Wellspring dining team in a warm, welcoming environment where residents feel valued and cared for.

Your duties include assisting with dining team oversight, creating and updating work schedules, coaching

Qualifications

• Experience leading dining teams in a care or hospitality setting.
• Strong communication and conflict-resolution skills.
• Understanding of compliance and safety in kitchen/dining operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist with oversite of dining team and schedules.
• Assign and monitor employee work; coach and train staff.
• Address problems, resolve conflicts, and provide opportunities for growth.
• Ensure kitchens/dining area are stocked, clean, and compliant with policy.
