Cogir Senior Living is seeking a friendly Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences to our senior residents in a community restaurant. You will greet residents, take orders, and serve meals while accommodating dietary needs and preferences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving, hospitality, or customer service is a plus.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and teamwork skills.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and special requests.
• Serve meals with a smile and provide friendly, professional service.
• Set tables with linens, utensils, and glassware before each meal.
• Clear and reset tables for the next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
• Ensure compliance with local health department regulations.
