Job summary

Solera Senior Living's Trulee Evanston campus is seeking a Front of House Dining Manager who will lead the dining room service team, ensuring warm, attentive hospitality for residents, families, and guests throughout each dining experience.

The ideal candidate brings a strong hospitality mindset, enjoys developing a team, and can maintain high service standards while coordinating with the culinary team to deliver quality meals in a senior living environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading front-of-house in hospitality or senior living.
• Strong communication and team leadership.
• Willingness to work weekends, holidays and events.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and support front-of-house dining team members to deliver excellent service.
• Oversee dining room service, setup, cleanliness, presentation, and ambiance.
• Ensure hospitality standards, safety guidelines, and food handling practices are followed.
• Support scheduling, onboarding, and ongoing development of dining staff.
• Coordinate with culinary team to ensure smooth communication between dining room and kitchen.
• Monitor resident satisfaction and respond to questions and service needs promptly.
• Assist with special events and resident programming as needed.
