Cogir Senior Living is hiring a part-time Server to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our senior residents. You will work with care to meet dietary needs, provide friendly service, and support a warm, inclusive dining environment. Flexible shifts include breakfast, lunch, and dinner periods.

You will join a team that values growth, training opportunities, and a respectful, resident-focused culture. Weekend and holiday availability is often required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred.
• Food Handler Card is a plus.
• Experience in serving in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality settings is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents and guests warmly, creating a positive dining atmosphere.
• Take meal orders accurately and deliver food and beverages promptly.
• Ensure meals meet dietary requirements and preferences, including portion sizes and special requests.
• Provide friendly, professional service during meals and events.
• Prepare the dining room before each meal by setting tables with linens, utensils, and glassware.
• Clear tables promptly after meals and reset for the next service.
• Communicate resident feedback to the Culinary Director or kitchen staff.
• Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines and Cogir standards.
