Job summary

Ecumen North Branch is hiring a Dining Assistant to help with food preparation, serving, and cleanup in a senior living community in Minnesota. You will maintain a clean, organized work area, follow facility policies, and provide warm, responsive service to residents and guests.

The role involves shifts from 6:30am-2:30pm, full-time with every other weekend and holiday rotation, and the pay range is $19.50–$20.94 per hour.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
• Follow all safety rules, policies, and procedures including HIPAA, HUD policy, and OSHA.
• Experience in a food service/kitchen environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary service to residents, families and guests with a welcoming, courteous approach.
• Serve meals to residents per diet orders and proper portion sizes, ensuring correct temperatures.
• Keep work areas clean, sanitary, organized, and rotate inventory; operate kitchen equipment safely.
