Job summary

Harmony Senior Services, LLC is seeking a Server to courteously serve resident and guest meals and assist with dining room cleanup and reset after service. You will help residents place menu orders, provide beverage service, and maintain a clean, welcoming dining environment.

Responsibilities include following hygiene standards, proper serving techniques, assisting with tray service, and supporting residents with special needs while upholding confidentiality and respectful conduct toward

Qualifications

• Must read and follow simple instructions.
• Must be able to perform simple, repetitive tasks.
• Must be able to communicate effectively and work under supervision.
• Must be in clean designated uniform and maintain good personal hygiene.

Responsibilities

• Serve resident and guest meals courteously and assist with dining room cleanup and resetting after service.
• Assist residents with placing orders from the menu and provide beverage service.
• Refill salt/pepper/sugar bowls and report broken equipment or tableware to supervisor.
• Adhere to sit-down service standards and proper serving techniques; assist with tray service.
• Maintain confidentiality and interact politely with residents, guests, coworkers and supervisors.
