CommonSail Investment Group in Indiana is seeking a Dietary Aide to perform a variety of food service functions, maintain sanitary dining areas, and assist in meal preparation according to dietary guidelines for regular and special diets.

You will work with a caring team to stock, serve, and rotate meals for residents, ensure proper temperatures, and document daily logs. The role offers a rewarding environment with opportunities for advancement and competitive pay.

Formación

• High School diploma (or equivalent) or technical school.
• Ability to work independently and manage meal service for 20 residents.
• Some food service work experience required.
• Great communication skills are required.

Responsabilidades

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to the planned menu using standard recipes.
• Plate food items following portion guidelines and garnishing instructions.
• Assist other kitchen staff as needed and perform other duties as assigned by supervisor.
• Ensure sufficient food is prepped and/or prepared.
• Communicate shortages or outages to supervisor.
