Job summary

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (or equivalent) and some food service experience, with strong communication skills and the ability to work independently

Qualifications

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents and guests.
• Prepare meals according to planned menus and standard recipes.
• Ensure food temperature safety and proper sanitation.
• Maintain daily logs and assist in kitchen operations.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen areas.
• Stock and rotate food supplies as needed.
• Assist other kitchen staff and respond to supervisor requests.
