Job summary

Eagle Senior Living is seeking a Dietary Aide to support dining services and daily resident care. This role reports to the Dining Room Manager and involves food service, table setup, and assisting with daily activities.

Required qualifications include a high school diploma or GED, CNA/CNA training options, CPR/First Aid as applicable, and strong food-handling skills. This position emphasizes safety, compassion, and teamwork in a senior living setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
• Nursing Assistant Training Program certificate and CNA certification preferred.
• CPR and First Aid certification, if required by state regulations.
• Ability to safely handle food in accordance with facility and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities

• Set and maintain tables; serve residents promptly, courteously, and in an orderly manner.
• Clear and reset tables after meal service; sweep and mop floors.
• Prepare for and work special functions; assist with inventory and vendor deliveries.
• Wash and sanitize cooking and serving items, kitchen equipment, walls, and floors.
• Follow individualized plans of care for assigned residents; observe and report changes in condition.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, transfers, and ambulation as directed.
• Support fall prevention and a restraint-free environment; help welcome and transfer residents.
