Zusammenfassung

Aramark SeniorLife+ in Wichita Falls, TX, seeks an experienced Dietary Manager to lead daily dining operations at a 180-bed skilled nursing community. You will supervise dining and culinary teams, collaborate with nursing and leadership, and ensure safe, high-quality meals tailored to residents' dietary needs.

Candidates should have healthcare food service knowledge, strong leadership, and experience with budgeting, inventories, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifikationen

At least 2 years of leadership experience in healthcare, senior living, long-term care, rehabilitation, or hospitality.
Experience with budgeting, inventory, labor management, and cost controls.
Experience preparing for state surveys and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and regulatory requirements.
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills.
Ability to lead by example in a fast-paced environment.
CDM credential is preferred.
