Rocky Mountain Care Group’s Heirloom Assisted Living in Price, UT seeks a part-time Dietary Cook to prepare meals for residents in compliance with safety and dietary standards.

The role requires a high school diploma, a current Food Handlers Permit, being at least 18, and prior dietary/food service experience is preferred. You will collaborate with the Dietitian/Food Services Director, follow menus, and maintain sanitation.

• High school diploma required or equivalent.
• Current/Active Food Handlers Permit required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• One year dietary/food service supervisory experience preferred (not required).

Responsabilidades

• Review menus prior to cooking and prepare meals.
• Collaborate with Dietitian/Director of Food Services and implement changes.
• Ensure food procedures follow established policies and safety standards.
• Complete forms and reports as required by the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Assist in establishing production lines to ensure meals are prepared on time.
• Handle diet changes and new diets from Nursing Services.
• Prepare meals according to planned menus and standardized recipes.
