Rocky Mountain Care’s Hunter Hollow facility in West Valley City, UT, seeks an on-site Food Services staff member to prepare meals and support dietary operations. The role reports to the Dietary Manager or Administrator/Executive Director and requires a Food Handlers Permit and 18+ years of age.

Responsibilities include menu review, coordinating with the Dietitian, ensuring policy compliance, and maintaining stock levels while delivering high-quality meals. Safety and teamwork are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred, valid Food Handlers Permit and 18+ years old.
• Current/Active Food Handlers Permit.
• Experience in dietary/food service is preferred but not required.

Responsabilités

• Reviews menus prior to food preparation and prepares the meals.
• Works with the Dietitian/Director of Food Services to implement changes as required.
• Ensures food procedures are followed per policies.
• Completes forms and reports for the Dietitian/Director of Food Services.
• Assists in establishing production lines to ensure meals are on time.
• Prepares and serves meals that are appetizing and palatable.
