Job summary

Ebenezer in Bloomington, MN is seeking a Dietary Assistant/Server to provide dining room meal service to residents of our Skilled Nursing Facility. This role supports kitchenettes and maintains a clean, inviting dining area.

The schedule is 40 hours per two weeks with evening shifts and every other weekend; no prior experience required though customer service is preferred. You will assist with meal prep, sanitize areas, answer phones, and help with special events while delivering compassionate

Qualifications

• No previous experience required, but preference for customer service experience.
• Excellent customer service, teamwork and a positive demeanor are required.
• Desire to work with seniors and communicate effectively with residents and staff.

Responsibilities

• Serve prepared meals to residents and keep dining areas clean and inviting.
• Promote positive resident relations and happiness with meal service.
• Sanitize equipment and work areas; maintain supplies.
