Responsibilities

• Handle, transport and plate food for residents, guests and employees.
• Plate food according to planned menu using standard recipes.
• Ensure proper temperature and freshness of served food.
• Maintain daily logs and documentation for meal services.
• Stock and clean station for next shift.
• Follow safety, sanitation and rotation policies.
• Report equipment or supply shortages to supervisor.
• Promote positive relations with residents and families.
